Qualifications

• University degree or higher typically required with 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience.
• Certifications are often required for this level.
• In lieu of a degree, a combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and advises on credit and cash management solutions for high‑net worth clients as part of Private Banking.
• Builds relationships with internal/ external partners and manages AMG banking transactions for quality service.
• Origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of banking products; manages book of business for retention and growth.
• Analyzes and mitigates credit risk for complex requests using internal policies.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to junior team members and ensures compliance with banking policies.
