Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Banking Advisor III for the Private Bank. You will counsel high-net-worth clients on credit and cash management, build trusted relationships, and deliver AMG banking solutions in a fast-paced, virtually delivered environment.

You will originate and analyze credit, negotiate terms, and manage a book of business to drive client satisfaction and revenue growth, while mentoring junior staff and ensuring compliance with banking policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Experience in private banking or wealth management preferred.
• Background checks required by CFPB regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and provide guidance on credit and cash management for high-net-worth clients.
• Build relationships with internal/external partners and clients; drive AMG banking solutions.
• Originate, analyze, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit banking products.
• Manage a book of business to ensure satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Lead and mentor junior team members while ensuring policy compliance.
