Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years of relevant experience typical.
• Strong relationship-building and client advisory skills required.
• Experience in private banking and high-net-worth client service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and provides guidance on credit and cash management solutions for high-net-worth clients as part of a Private Banking team.
• Builds relationships with clients and internal/external partners to execute AMG banking transactions.
• Leads origination, analysis, negotiation, and documentation of banking products; manages book of business for retention and growth.
• Demonstrates ability to analyze and mitigate credit risk using internal policies.
• Provides leadership and mentoring within the team and ensures compliance with banking policies.
