Popular Private Client in Florida seeks a Team Lead to guide a local Private Banker team. You will advise clients on investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking while growing the book of business. The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration with local leadership to execute market plans.

You will coach and develop Private Bankers, drive client acquisition, and ensure superior service aligned with risk controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in wealth management and/or private banking.
• Five or more years in a leadership position.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, 65/66 and Insurance licenses preferred.
• Experience with investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts.

Responsabilités

• Lead, hire, and train a local team of Private Bankers.
• Advise individuals, businesses, and families on balance sheets and asset allocation.
• Develop and retain a high-performing team; partner with local leadership on strategy.
• Coach team to deliver exceptional client service and drive new assets.
