Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or Business Administration.
• 10+ years in Business Banking or Private Banking experience.
• 5+ years of lending or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analysis skills.
• Knowledge of state, federal regulatory guidelines related to lending.

Responsibilities

• Develops new Private Banking business through sales efforts.
• Manages complex loan and deposit portfolios for high net worth clients.
• Analyzes financial information to evaluate loan requests.
• Prepares loan packages for credit review and underwriting.
• Cross-sells Retail, Trust, Mortgage and Treasury management services.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws, bank policies, and procedures.
