Frost Bank in Texas seeks a Private Banking Officer II to build and manage relationships with affluent clients, providing tailored financial planning and cross-sell across investments, insurance, and banking products.

You will collaborate with bankers, advisors, and specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions, maintain credit relationships, and contribute to Frost's long-standing client service legacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing relationship management role in financial services preferred.
• Experience with personal financial statements and tax concepts.
• NMLS license and ability to transfer or obtain within 60 days.
• Understanding of lending, underwriting, and cross-sell across Frost lines.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and expand client relationships within affluent to high net worth markets (1.5–5M investable assets).
• Generate new business and secure new affluent client relationships annually.
• Conduct sales calls and prepare pre/post-call plans and strategies.
• Monitor and manage clients' credit relations and loan portfolios.
• Recommend products/services to meet client needs and coordinate with underwriting.
