Job summary

First Western Trust in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Private Banker III to manage advanced private banking responsibilities across consumer, commercial, and treasury accounts. You will serve as an escalation point, develop long‑term client relationships, and support onboarding and training while delivering high‑level service.

The role requires 5–7 years of client‑facing banking experience, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong knowledge of treasury management, deposits, and regulatory

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of client-facing banking experience.
• Strong knowledge of teller operations, deposit products, treasury management, and banking regulations.
• Notary commission within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex new accounts, service requests, and deposit product needs including debit cards and online banking.
• Escalation point for commercial and treasury management issues; own client concerns through resolution.
• Support onboarding, training, and operational deposit initiatives.
• Build long-term relationships with high-level consumer, commercial, and treasury clients.
• Assist with treasury management implementation and client reporting reviews.
