Responsibilities

• Leads client management activities to develop and execute a relationship strategy for acquisition and retention.
• Coordinates with the team to determine action plans after discovering client needs and delivers proactive service.
• Aims to grow the book of business through client expansion and new relationships, with ongoing client communication.
• Manages risk by selecting appropriate clients and aligning service delivery with fees, working with risk partners as needed.
• Maintains timely administration, pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, and relationship reviews; may mentor teammates.
