AllianceBernstein is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Associate to support the firm’s Private Alternatives business. The Associate will help support and may oversee key elements of the Private Alternatives Compliance program, including compliance surveillance and testing, regulatory obligations, and ongoing monitoring activities across private alternative businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, legal studies, information systems, or related field.
• Four or more years of relevant compliance, legal, risk, or audit experience.
• Experience supporting private alternative investment products or private funds is preferred.
• Ability to develop, implement or enhance a compliance program.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain requirements clearly.

Responsabilités

• Support and may oversee key elements of the Private Alternatives Compliance program, including surveillance and testing.
• Collaborate with investment teams, Legal & Compliance colleagues, and other stakeholders to assess risks.
• Execute and support surveillance, testing, and remediation tracking to completion.
• Assist the Director of Private Alternatives Compliance and the Chief Compliance Officer with program development.
• Enhance processes, strengthen controls, and support growth of the Private Alts Compliance program.
• Coordinate governance processes and prepare compliance materials and records.
