This remote-first role includes collaboration across teams, participation in privacy reviews, and a path to grow into leadership. Compensation is $178,500 USD per year with stock options, and US-based health benefits

Qualifications

• Experience building privacy solutions in an engineering role (e.g., tracker blocker or differential privacy).
• Deep understanding of online privacy threats and defenses.
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead complex projects from proposal through post-mortem.

Responsibilities

• Own major components of our privacy technology and maintain them over time.
• Contribute to privacy reviews and audits for product developments.
• Mentor other engineers to support career growth on the Privacy Team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to raise privacy standards.
