Cardinal Health seeks a senior privacy attorney to provide strategic privacy counsel across the enterprise. You will advise on data protection, breach response, and compliance with HIPAA and state/privacy laws, collaborating with IT, security and business teams.

The role requires a JD, bar license, and substantial U.S. privacy law experience. Salary ranges and benefits reflect a nationwide field position within Cardinal Health.

Competenze

• Extensive knowledge of U.S. privacy and cybersecurity laws and standards.
• Familiarity with GDPR a plus and CIPP US preferred.
• Strong ability to translate complex privacy requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Ability to assess risk quickly and provide practical guidance.

• Advise business leaders on privacy, data protection, data retention and data breaches.
• Review data privacy, processing and business associate agreements.
• Coordinate incident response and reporting with IT security.
