Job summary

FTI Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Privacy team within the Cybersecurity practice. You will lead client engagements across privacy program development, regulatory compliance, data governance, and privacy risk assessments while leveraging platforms like OneTrust, Ketch, TrustArc, Osano and Truyo.

You will mentor junior team members, contribute to proposals, and help grow the practice through thoughtful, client‑facing work and industry insights.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in data privacy consulting, in-house privacy, or related field.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and NIST Privacy Framework.
• Strong written and verbal communication; experience preparing client deliverables.
• Ability to travel to FTI offices and client sites as needed; US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support privacy engagements across service areas including program assessments, data inventory/mapping, DSAR workflows, and policy development.
• Assist in configuring privacy management platforms (OneTrust, TrustArc, Ketch, Osano, Truyo).
• Prepare and review client deliverables such as memos, assessments, and regulatory updates.
• Monitor developments in federal/state privacy law and international frameworks and advise clients accordingly.
• Manage workstreams and junior team members to ensure quality and timeliness.
• Contribute to business development with proposals and client presentations.
• Deliver high-quality work focused on client needs with data integrity.
