CVS Health is seeking a Managing Senior Counsel to lead the privacy legal and compliance team supporting CVS Caremark. You will provide strategic counsel on HIPAA, state privacy laws, and data governance for member information across pharmacy benefits operations.
Your leadership will shape privacy program priorities and collaborate with partners across the in-house legal department. You will manage other privacy professionals, advise on complex agreements, and drive risk-based decisions that
Qualificações
- 10+ years of legal experience in HIPAA/privacy in health care.
- Deep subject matter expertise of privacy laws (HIPAA and state/federal rules).
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex privacy and data-protection agreements.
- Experience managing legal and privacy professionals.
Responsabilidades
- Advising on privacy issues related to member data in PBM operations.
- Privacy contracting, regulatory compliance, and data use.
- Provide practical, sound advice to internal clients on legal issues.
- Lead and manage the privacy team.
- Support CVS Caremark with privacy governance and incident management.
