Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to join the Privacy, Data Protection, and Compliance team in the United States. You will design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs, lead gap assessments, and support the implementation of privacy technology platforms to address evolving regulatory requirements.

You'll collaborate with client stakeholders, mentor junior consultants, and deliver documentation and reports on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of privacy experience including gap assessments.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, and related frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead privacy gap assessments and client engagements.
• Implement and optimize privacy technology platforms (e.g., DSAR, data inventories, consent management).
• Map data flows and identify privacy risks and controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational controls and procedures.
• Assess programs against GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, NIST Privacy Framework, ISO 27701.
• Develop and refine privacy solutions and methodologies.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and deliverables on schedule.
