Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs for evolving regulatory requirements. You will lead privacy gap assessments and implement privacy technology platforms to support consumer rights, data inventories, and consent management.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders, translate regulations into practical controls, and mentor junior consultants while delivering high‑impact engagements with strong documentation and client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years total professional experience, including hands‑on experience delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations & key principles (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in documenting observations and explaining results to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Deliver privacy consulting engagements across a range of clients.
• Design and implement privacy processes, governance models, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and technical solutions.
• Assess programs against GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, NIST Privacy Framework, ISO 27701, and other frameworks.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and prepare clear documentation and deliverables.
