Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to join our Privacy, Data Protection, and Compliance team in the United States. You will design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs addressing evolving regulatory requirements, lead gap assessments, and assist with implementing privacy technology platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including 2 years delivering privacy gap assessments or privacy technology implementation.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, etc.).
• Familiar with privacy frameworks (NIST Privacy Framework).
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Strong communication skills for documenting observations and explaining results.

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize privacy programs and governance models.
• Configure privacy technology platforms (DSAR automation, data inventories, consent management).
• Map data flows and assess privacy risks and controls.
• Translate regulations into practical operational controls and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development.
