Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Privacy Senior Consultant to help design, assess, and operationalize privacy programs for evolving regulatory requirements across client engagements. You will lead gap assessments and support the implementation of privacy technology to strengthen data governance and consumer rights programs.

As a senior consultant, you will mentor junior colleagues, partner with clients to improve privacy maturity, and contribute to methodology development within Crowe's privacy practice while

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years in privacy assessments or privacy technology delivery.
• Strong working knowledge of GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, etc., and privacy frameworks.
• Ability to independently manage engagements from planning through reporting with limited oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse client audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead/participate privacy consulting engagements across client ranges.
• Design privacy programs, policies, and governance models.
• Implement and configure privacy tech platforms (DSAR, data inventories, consent).
• Map data flows and identify privacy risks and controls.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical controls and solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
• Prepare thorough documentation and client-ready deliverables.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Travel up to 60% as required.
