Job summary

Globalchannelmanagement is seeking a Sr Privacy Project Program Manager to lead and mature our privacy program across HIPAA, PIPEDA and U.S. state privacy rules.

The role requires 10+ years of privacy compliance experience, a Bachelor's degree, and CIPP certification or equivalent. You will drive governance, risk management and incident responses while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a healthcare-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in privacy compliance.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PIPEDA, and U.S. state privacy regulations.
• Experience with anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, sanctions.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to research and interpret privacy laws.
• Strong ethics and integrity.
• Healthcare-related field degree or background.
• CIPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and oversees strategic privacy program with policies.
• Oversees HIPAA privacy program ongoing compliance.
• Manages CCPA/CPRA program compliance.
• Implements state privacy programs for Colorado, Virginia, Utah.
• Develops and enforces policies and SOPs for privacy & compliance.
• Investigates and reports inappropriate access to PII and PHI.
• Conducts compliance-related audits.
