Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking a Corporate Director of Privacy Compliance in the Fort Washington, PA area. This role leads the Privacy Compliance Program and reports to the Privacy Officer, coordinating with executive leaders across clinical ops, IT, HR, and operations to uphold HIPAA and state privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• 5-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance/regulatory environment
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state privacy requirements and healthcare compliance practices
• RN license preferred
• HIPAA Privacy Certification (CHPC) required; CHPC strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license required

Responsibilities

• Support the Privacy Compliance Program implementation and maintenance
• Collaborate with executive leadership, clinical operations, IT, HR, and community leadership to ensure HIPAA compliance
• Protect PHI confidentiality, integrity, and lawful use
• Ensure compliance with state privacy laws and CMS requirements
