Job summary

Precision Medicine Group seeks an experienced Director of Global Privacy and Compliance to lead the design, implementation, and oversight of global privacy standards across jurisdictions, supporting clinical research and pharmaceutical development.

The role also leads global ethics and compliance matters, including ABAC, FCPA, third‑party risk, training, investigations, and risk assessments, with cross‑functional collaboration across Legal, HR, Quality, and IT.

Qualifications

• Law degree or equivalent advanced degree; compliance/privacy certification preferred.
• 10+ years in privacy with at least 5 years in a leadership role in CRO/pharma/life sciences.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, HIPAA and APAC privacy laws and global ethics requirements.
• Experience designing or operating privacy and ethics programs in regulated industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global privacy program and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Oversee ethics and compliance programs including ABAC, FCPA, and third‑party risk.
• Develop, implement, and maintain privacy and ethics policies, controls, training, and audits.
• Manage risk assessments, investigations, and remediation with cross‑functional teams.
• Engage with regulators and internal stakeholders to monitor changes and mitigate risk.
• Provide supervision to Compliance Operations Manager and external DPO as needed.
• Promote a culture of integrity and accountability throughout the organization.
• Lead enterprise risk management, reporting metrics to senior leadership.
