Qualificações

• One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or Psychologist, Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government title, as determined by the Office of Administration
• One year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities or behavioral dysfunction

Responsabilidades

• Staff Supervision: Direct psychological staff, oversee evaluations, guide counseling activities, and support crisis intervention
• Program Development: Create and integrate policies, develop counseling programs, participate in research
• Committee Leadership: Lead committees overseeing reception, suicide review, psychiatric care, and critical incident support
• Clinical Standards: Establish competencies and privileges, review measures, prepare diagnostic and progress reports
• Consultation Services: Advise on behavioral management and special needs programs, collaborate with treatment teams
• Legal Compliance: Provide expert testimony, ensure accreditation standards, complete administrative tasks
