The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is seeking a Licensed Psychologist Manager to lead psychological services at SCI Mahanoy. You will supervise staff, coordinate treatment, and drive program development across the institution.

You will oversee clinical standards, provide expert testimony when needed, and collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams while ensuring compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.

Formación

• One year as a Licensed Psychologist MH or Psychologist (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) or one year of experience as a licensed professional psychologist in the treatment of inmates or individuals with mental illness, intellectual disabilities or behavioral dysfunction.

Responsabilidades

• Staff supervision of psychological staff, oversee evaluations, guide counseling activities and crisis intervention.
• Develop and integrate counseling programs, assist in policy creation, and participate in research efforts.
• Lead institutional committees overseeing reception, suicide review, psychiatric care and critical incident support.
• Establish competencies and privileges, review psychological measures, and prepare reports.
