Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits in collaboration with Insurance Verification Specialist.
• Ensure accurate ICD/CPT codes and medical records are submitted with authorizations.
• Secure prior authorizations for scheduled and unscheduled services.
• Act as liaison between payer and clinic staff to resolve issues.
• Follow up on delays or denials and document progress clearly.
