• Access work queues and reviews to determine financial clearance status for services.
• Verify demographics, guarantor information, and insurance coverages for accuracy.
• Submit precertification requests and coordinate with providers and payors.
• Communicate financial clearance status to patients and guide next steps.
• Assist in scheduling and rescheduling procedures as needed; escalate when required.
