Job summary

Enerstaff, LLC in Dallas, TX seeks a Printing Production Supervisor to supervise and coordinate press operator activities, ensuring quality and on-time production while driving lean manufacturing initiatives. You will inspect plates, verify color matches, manage schedules, and oversee material readiness on a 6am–4:30pm Mon–Thurs shift.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory or lead experience is required.
• Five plus years of production experience in a manufacturing environment (Printing/packaging preferred).
• Must be able to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals and present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of press operators.
• Inspect plates, web, and other materials for conformance and color matching to specs.
• Verify production schedules and availability of plates, inks, and materials.
• Maintain equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Estimate worker hours from production schedules.
• Recommend improvements to production methods and equipment.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives and committees.
• Train new press operators on proper tool use and safety.
• Maintain production records and ensure clean, organized work areas.
