You will own programs from concept to delivery, manage structural displays, and coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and logistics teams to ensure cost-efficient, ready-for-retail outputs. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in print production or POP program management, deep vendor relationships, and excellent estimating and budgeting skills.

• 8+ years in print production, retail display, or POP program management.
• Hands-on experience with structural display and kitting programs.
• Strong estimating, budgeting, and vendor negotiation skills.
• Familiar with retailer compliance and in-store set requirements for major retailers.
• Highly organized with urgency and a solutions-first attitude in a fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Own print and retail display programs from concept through delivery to stores, field teams, and event sites.
• Manage structural display projects including POP, floor displays, endcaps, and signage systems.
• Coordinate with designers and manufacturers on die lines, engineering drawings, and prototypes for buildable, cost-effective production.
• Plan and oversee kitting programs: contents, packing lists, assembly instructions, and versioning.
• Manage shipping and distribution: packing specs, freight quotes, carrier selection, and delivery windows.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, and Fabrication teams on inventory, staging, and outbound shipments.
• Oversee commercial print, large-format graphics, POS materials, packaging, and collateral.
• Partner with Account Management, Creative, and Activation teams to align with client goals and in-store execution.
• Source and manage display manufacturers, printers, kitting houses, and freight partners with focus on price, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Build detailed program estimates covering engineering, prototyping, production, and warehousing.
• Review artwork, proofs, die lines, and samples for accuracy and integrity before release.
• Run multiple multi-SKU, multi-location programs while maintaining timelines and budgets.
• Anticipate risks and communicate practical solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Mentor junior producers and set standards for display specs and shipping workflows.
