Job summary

Sanford Health, Marshfield, WI, is seeking a Senior Print Solutions Coordinator to lead advanced print and/or mail projects while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

You will manage projects from start to finish, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate specifications and timely delivery. The role requires preparing files, prepress, color management, and proactive problem solving to support internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required, preferably in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of three years applicable experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead front‑of‑house customer interactions, order intake and prepress operations.
• Coordinate complex and outsourced print projects from concept through production.
• Work with customers to understand project requirements and ensure files are properly prepared and preflighted.
• Manage timelines, vendor coordination, and job progress to deliver high‑quality results on schedule.
• Bridge customers, internal teams and external partners with clear communication and accurate specifications.
