Qualifications

• 5+ years in the printing industry with project management or customer service
• Strong knowledge of pre-press and printing processes
• Familiarity with USPS specifications is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between customers, sales, and production teams
• Review orders against estimates for accuracy
• Create and maintain production files and documentation
• Coordinate materials, proofs, and templates
• Develop clear work instructions for pre-press, press, and post-press
• Monitor schedules to ensure on-time starts and delivery
• Communicate job status and issues proactively
• Oversee shipping and mailing post-production
• Ensure files are ready for invoicing
