Qualifications

• 3–5 years of printing or related production experience
• Strong leadership and training ability
• Ability to communicate effectively and present to groups

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct press operators; ensure quality and efficiency standards.
• Read job tickets, verify substrate, ink color, and color matching.
• Set up press, run proofs, secure manager approval for production.
• Train and onboard department staff; enforce SOPs and safety rules.
• Maintain 6S and safety measures; participate in cross-department support.
