Anthropologie is seeking an experienced and creative senior concept designer who exhibits curiosity and a strong ability to innovate. This role focuses on researching and developing seasonal print and pattern trends for Anthropologie apparel brands.

You will lead trend packs, present ideas to executives, collaborate with design, and guide a cross-functional team to deliver cohesive concepts. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, AI-assisted imagery, and a passion for fashion trends are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in print or textile design.
• Experience in trend forecasting and apparel design.
• Advanced skills in Photoshop and InDesign and strong presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal trend and concept workload to meet deadlines.
• Create original, trend-forward print concepts and packs.
• Present concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
