At Atlassian, a Seattle‑based Grad++ program seeks students graduating Aug 2027 to join a fast‑moving engineering team. You will develop scalable features for Jira, Confluence, and Trello, own projects end‑to‑end, and collaborate across disciplines in an Agile environment.

You’ll gain hands‑on training in AI/ML concepts, work with modern frameworks, and contribute to AI‑assisted development while tackling distributed systems challenges and data processing at scale.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full time in a Bachelor's or Masters degree program in Computer Science or related technical field and graduating by August 2027.
• Experience with Python, Java, or other modern object oriented languages, with exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, or AI-powered applications.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, statistical concepts, and familiarity with design patterns for modern systems including AI/ML architectural patterns.

Responsibilities

• Build Production-Ready Features: Develop scalable code for Atlassian's products used by millions of teams globally.
• Own End-to-End Projects: Take ownership from design through deployment, including testing and monitoring.
• Collaborate in Agile Teams: Work with senior engineers, product managers, and designers using Agile methodologies.
• Innovate with AI/ML Technologies: Contribute to AI-powered features and integrations with modern frameworks.
• Solve Complex Technical Problems: Tackle distributed systems, data processing, and UX optimization with data-driven insights.
