Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10+ years’ experience with a bachelor, or 8+ years with an advanced degree.
• Experience leading mold tool development and supplier qualification activities.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build and process development of injection molding tools for plastic components.
• Guide suppliers through tool build, validation and qualification activities.
• Apply GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, DOE, MSA and SPC to support robust processes.
• Own and drive mold tool development and injection molding projects; supplier-facing role.
