Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Test Solutions, Senior Principal Program Lead in Massachusetts to oversee capital TE scope across multiple projects. The role emphasizes leadership of technical teams, EVM, and long-range planning within a DoD context.

On-site work is required at Andover/Tewksbury locations, with a strong focus on capital execution and program management. The selected candidate will drive capital TE scope, establish measurable goals, and collaborate with program managers and IPTs.

Qualifications

Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Ten years of leadership experience overseeing mid- to large-scale technical teams and projects.
Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and baselining IMS.
Experience with bidding proposals and long-range planning.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
Drive long-range planning for capital TE.
Lead TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
Follow TE EAC process for scope execution and metric generation.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
