Job summary

RTX is seeking a Test Solutions, Senior Principal Program Lead to oversee capital TE scope across multiple projects. The role emphasizes leadership of cross‑functional teams, EVM and IMS baselining, and long‑range planning to support engineering and operations. Onsite position in MA with strong growth potential.

The candidate will drive proposals, ensure metric integrity, and align with Raytheon values while collaborating with program managers and senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership overseeing mid- to large-scale technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
• Understand scope, factory and program needs of programs.
• Drive long-range planning for capital TE and EAC metrics.
• Lead TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering/Operations Long Range Plan.
• Follow TE EAC process for scope execution and metric generation.
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams to troubleshoot systems.
• Perform independent business health checks evaluating capital execution metrics.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, IPT/CPT leads, and management.
• Support TS Center initiatives and contribute to process improvements.
