Raytheon Technologies in Andover, MA is seeking a Test Equipment Program Lead with 8+ years of hardware engineering experience to oversee capital TE programs across multiple teams and lifecycles. You will drive scope, schedules and lifecycle metrics, lead capital TE proposals, ensure EAC discipline, and collaborate with program managers, chief engineers and IPTs to meet program goals.

This is an on-site role requiring a Secret clearance; it offers stability and opportunities to shape capital

Qualifications

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
• Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience leading mid- to large teams on technical projects.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), and baselining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) of projects.
• Active or ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple capital projects and teams from TE Startup to Factory Deployment.
• Understand scope, factory and program needs of capital programs.
• Drive and be involved in long range planning for capital TE.
• Lead capital TE proposal efforts supporting the Engineering / Operations Long Range Plan.
• Follow TS EAC process for capital scope execution and metric generation.
• Lead by example, adhere to Raytheon values and behaviors.
• Collaborate with multi‑discipline teams in the operation, testing, and troubleshooting of systems.
• Provide independent business health checks by evaluating capital execution metrics.
• Interact with Program Managers, Chief Engineers, CPT/IPT Leads, and other functional management to drive results.
