Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Senior Principal Test Conductor for hardware/software integration and lab operations in Roy, UT. The role requires strong test planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration within the Training Systems Team.

Candidates should have depth in motion tracking and CAD tools (NX, AutoCAD) and hold an active U.S. Secret clearance. The position offers a challenging environment with diverse assignments and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 9+ years of related experience, or Bachelor’s with 5+ years, or Master’s with 3+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• 2+ years in a system test and/or aircraft test/operational environment.
• Knowledge of Motion Tracking technologies.
• Knowledge of NX or other CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of detailed plans and schedules for integration checkout procedures.
• Collaborate on test development and reviews with engineering teams.
• Coordinate test equipment and personnel needs for safe, efficient tests.
• Provide real-time test support and decisions on safety and effectiveness.
• Participate in post-test data evaluation and discrepancy resolution.
• Serve as liaison between internal and external organizations for data requirements.
• Excellent communication, team work, and independent problem solving.
