Qualifications

• 8+ years with BS in Science; 6+ years with MS; 4+ years with PhD.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance with recent investigation.
• 2+ years of requirements management/analysis/allocations.
• 2+ years of requirements development in DOORS.
• 2+ years of experience in DoD/C2/NC3 or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME and technical lead for the level 1 test specification leading to Sentinel program implementation.
• Coordinate with Sentinel leadership to mature the SPS toward product maturity.
• Coordinate with Thread Leads and Test Capability Leads for proper requirement allocation and verification.
• Brief program leadership, customers, and stakeholders on the Test System Performance Specification.
• Establish coordination sessions across the development community to align with cost and schedule constraints.
• Develop and maintain relationships across the Sentinel program and stakeholders.
• Mentor staff to support knowledge transfer and talent development.
