Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in STEM with 8+ years of engineering experience; Masters or PhD may substitute for degree years.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain SAP access prior to start.
• Experience supporting radar, RF, EW or related mission systems; proficiency with QNs in SAP.
• Ability to work onsite in Baltimore, MD; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acceptance Test Execution planning, scheduling and execution of system tests.
• Provide training and mentorship to System ATP engineers.
• Perform cross-disciplinary root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Manage defect tracking and configuration via SAP QNs and hardware traceability.
• Drive production support, process improvement and test automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering and Quality leadership; present data-driven recommendations.
• Engage in system integration and field support activities as needed.
