Northrop Grumman is seeking a systems engineer to join the SEIT&L team in Annapolis, MD, supporting complex maritime programs of national strategic importance. The role involves mission engineering, requirements management, system modeling, and interface development within a digital design thread.

You will contribute to CONOPS, architecture, and test planning while engaging with multi-disciplinary teams and customers. Active Secret clearance with willingness for TS/SCI polygraph is required.

Formación

• Degree in a STEM field and active Secret clearance.
• 8 years with a Bachelor's, 6 years with a Master's, or 4 years with a PhD.
• Experience in systems engineering processes including requirements, modeling, architecture, interfaces, integration, verification & validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop systems engineering work products and support milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, CSR).
• Prepare and brief technical packages to program, company, and customer leadership.
• Support capture, proposal activities, and Navy/naval systems programs.
