Job summary

Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Senior Principal Systems Engineer based in Marlborough, MA. The role focuses on ground and airborne systems, overseeing full lifecycle development from CONOPS to validation and ensuring scalable modeling, hardware, and software interfaces.

Responsibilities include lab activities, project planning, and leading SMEs while coordinating with IPT leaders, engineers, and program managers.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree with 10+ years in relevant work or an advanced degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Strong integration and test experience with test procedures, execution, reporting, and automation.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle solutions from CONOPS to Validation.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert with advanced knowledge of the discipline.
• Lead lab activities: setup, configuration, testing, CM.
