Job summary

WiSC Enterprises, LLC is seeking a highly experienced Senior Systems Engineer, Principal to lead designs and modernization across DoD, IC, and Federal programs. You will guide architecture, MBSE, cloud transformation, cybersecurity integration, and mission system analyses to deliver secure, capable systems.

The role requires 15+ years in relevant environments, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic mission contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Systems Engineering, CS, Engineering, IT, Cybersecurity) or related field.
• 15+ years of DoD/IC/Federal systems engineering experience.
• Experience leading complex systems engineering and integration programs.
• Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, enterprise architecture, and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity integration, modernization, and mission systems engineering.
• Experience leading technical teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, digital engineering, MBSE.
• Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic mission environments.
• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across the full system lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Provide technical leadership for defense, intel, cyber, space, and enterprise modernization programs.
• Develop and maintain system architectures, interfaces, baselines, and roadmaps.
• Lead integration across hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, networking, and mission apps.
• Perform advanced analyses, trade studies, modeling, simulation, and risk assessments.
• Guide requirements management, traceability, verification, and validation.
