The role demands 15+ years in defense/federal systems, strong leadership, cloud and cybersecurity expertise, and active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 15+ years of DoD/IC or Federal systems experience.
• Extensive leadership of complex systems engineering and integration programs.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, SE methodologies, and MBSE.
• Experience with cloud technologies, cyber integration, and modernization.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, digital engineering, and lifecycle processes.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering across requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment.
• Provide technical leadership for defense, intelligence, cyber, space, and enterprise programs.
• Develop architectures, baselines, and engineering roadmaps.
• Oversee system integration across hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, and missions.
• Perform analyses, trade studies, modeling, simulations, and risk assessments.
• Guide requirements management, traceability, verification, validation, and operational readiness.
• Support MBSE, Agile, and DevSecOps initiatives across mission programs.
• Collaborate with government leaders and stakeholders to align solutions with mission goals.
• Develop executive briefings, architecture docs, and implementation strategies.
• Mentor engineers and support proposal activities as needed.
