Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. (JP) seeks a SR Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist in Baltimore, MD. You will manage material requirements, budgets, and cost performance for advanced land sensors programs, ensuring schedule adherence and EVMS alignment.

Responsibilities include CAM duties, risk management, supplier capacity monitoring, and cross-functional coordination within the Global Supply Chain. U.S. citizenship and secret clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of supply chain and/or business management experience or master's with 6+ years.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Program execution experience is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-time release of requisitions, purchase orders, and delivery dates to maintain program schedule.
• Forecast and report material costs and performance; support EVMS baselines.
• Act as CAM to support PLATO/CEAC/EAC activities.
• Identify program risks and opportunities related to material requirements.
• Analyze lead times and identify critical path procurements.
• Monitor supplier capacity and address production issues.
• Support program proposals, BOEs, and CBOM reviews.
• Develop supply chain strategies including supplier development and risk management.
• Coordinate activities between buyers, planners, subcontract admins, scheduling, customers and suppliers.
