WCG is seeking a Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to act as a technical leader in statistical programming for clinical trials and DMC deliverables. You will design, develop, validate, and standardize high-quality outputs while guiding teams across studies.

The role combines hands-on SAS and R programming with leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with biostatistics, data management, and project teams. Remote work within the US is supported, with travel as indicated.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of statistical programming experience in a clinical trial environment.
• SAS programming expertise including regulatory deliverables.
• Proficiency in R programming.
• Experience with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex statistical programming deliverables, including analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures.
• Provide oversight for DMC macros, programming standards, and quality control.
• Collaborate with biostatistics and study teams on trial designs and analyses.
• Mentor statistical programming staff and drive best practices across projects.
• Support regulatory submissions and inspection readiness through programming outputs.
