WCG seeks a Senior Principal Statistical Programmer to lead advanced programming for clinical trials. The role combines hands-on SAS/R programming with technical leadership, shaping standards, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; equivalent combined education and experience considered.
• 8–10 years of statistical programming in a clinical trial environment.
• Deep SAS programming expertise including regulatory deliverables.
• Proficiency in R and familiarity with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to independently lead complex programming across studies and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programming initiatives for studies and functional areas.
• Design, validate, and oversee analysis datasets, tables, listings and figures.
• Develop and improve DMC macros and programming standards.
• Provide technical oversight to ensure quality, compliance, and consistency.
• Mentor staff and influence best practices across projects.
