Design, develop, troubleshoot, create technical content, and debug customer architecture, solutions, migration programs for databases, applications, tools, networks, etc. Partner with customers, sales, and engineering teams to create solutions that address customer business problems and accelerate adoption of OCI. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated with a proven, deeply technical track record within the cloud industry. A strategic mindset to approach business, products, and technical challenges is essential. We seek individuals who navigate seamlessly between technology and business.

This role demands high technical proficiency and customer focus, requiring broad competence across various technologies and the ability to work with technology leaders.

Responsibilities

1. Provide strategic guidance, lead, and drive rapid customer and partner adoption of multicloud platforms by working directly with customers, account teams, and engineering teams.
2. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to drive successful client engagements for OCI products.
3. Stay at the forefront of technological advancements, guiding the adoption of cutting-edge solutions.
4. Present solutions to customers and partners at multiple levels, from engineers to CxO, explaining transformational concepts to executive decision-makers and influencing their technology strategy.
5. Drive lighthouse wins, develop and execute scalable adoption programs, and identify repeatable solutions to solve customer challenges and support the broader field organization.
6. Develop a passion for educating, training, and enabling cloud solutions experts for challenging customers and circumstances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect, with expertise in Oracle Database technologies and successful implementation track record.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, especially Oracle Cloud and AWS.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code and automation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with and leading technical initiatives with top enterprise customers.
• Relevant certifications (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS) are highly desirable.
