The Principal Solutions Architect plays a critical role in driving delivery excellence and ensuring customer success. You will manage strategic customer accounts, partner with Sales to drive account expansion, and design scalable data solutions while managing multiple work streams and building executive relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership and Delivery Excellence

• Architect end-to-end scalable data solutions aligned with customer goals
• Lead data engineering teams to build data platforms, pipelines, and products
• Communicate business value and ROI of data solutions to stakeholders
• Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technologies

Client Engagement and Account Growth

• Build relationships with client stakeholders to understand and plan long-term data strategies
• Develop technical approaches and value propositions to advance data initiatives
• Identify opportunities for account expansion
• Lead responses to RFIs and RFPs

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years in designing and implementing data solutions as a Solutions Architect
• 2+ years in consulting leadership with external clients
• Experience developing technology strategies and leading delivery teams
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Scala, SQL, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven leadership in managing teams of Solution Architects and Data Engineers
• Strong collaboration skills across global teams
• Excellent client-facing communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)

Preferred Technical Expertise

• Experience with data platforms like Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP, Hadoop, Databricks
• Knowledge of cloud storage, data integration, and streaming technologies
• Experience with data modeling, workflow orchestration, and SDLC
