Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Principal Solution Strategist to join our JUDI Team, focusing on Client/User Engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead product vision execution for multiple strategic initiatives in collaboration with Operations and IT Leadership.
• Build consensus with executive leadership on product strategy and solution portfolio.
• Create detailed capability roadmaps, timelines, features, and user stories.
• Develop recommendations and drive decision-making on enterprise strategies and product needs.
• Apply design thinking tools to understand customer and market needs, leading concept ideation, design, feasibility assessments, and financial analysis.
• Create and deliver training and presentations for internal stakeholders, clients, and executives.
• May lead a team of Solution Strategists.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
