Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego, CA seeks a Sr Principal Engineer Software – Integration & Test to lead system integration across host environments, coordinating with software, systems, and hardware teams to diagnose and resolve issues.

You will develop and execute installation, integration, and acceptance test procedures, maintain documentation, and support fast-moving environments requiring TS clearance or eligibility; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in integrating and testing software and hardware components in Unix and Windows environments.
• Ability to execute installation, integration, and acceptance testing activities.
• Must be able to obtain a Security+ certification.
• Active U.S. Government Top Secret clearance (or in Continuous Evaluation).
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP/PAR clearance as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform software integration of multiple components into a single system on host environments.
• Work across development, lab, and operational environments to ensure proper integration and testing.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues with multiple teams and document procedures.
• Develop and execute installation, integration, and acceptance test procedures.
• Create clear technical documentation and problem reports.
