Job summary
Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integration and Test Engineer / Principal Integration and Test Engineer in Manhattan Beach, CA to lead test planning, automation, and on-site support for complex software/hardware integration in defense programs. The position requires US citizenship, a STEM degree, DoD Secret clearance, and hands-on experience with automated testing tools (TestComplete) and CI/CD pipelines.
On-site work is mandatory; relocation assistance may be available, travel limited, and all
Qualifications
- US Citizen with active DoD clearance or eligibility.
- Bachelor's or Master's in a STEM field with required years of experience.
- Experience defining test objectives from requirements.
- Hands-on troubleshooting of SW/HW integration and field support.
Responsibilities
- Author test plans, procedures, and test reports.
- Execute tests for developmental, integration, and acceptance stages.
- Develop automated test approaches for new software capabilities.
- Identify data gaps and recommend process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and support SW/HW integration in labs on-site.
- Collaborate with software teams to resolve issues.
- Provide on-site support for fielded products.
- All duties performed on-site in Manhattan Beach, CA.
